You have to follow the voting record first, THEN follow the money.

@ Ari: Good point there. I guess the problem is that the corruption isn’t always so obvious.

Quick comment: You can’t just look at where the money comes from, you also have to look at how the money affects them.

In my case when I was looking into my representative, I saw she gets a HUGE amount from Telecoms. And yet she’s stayed so silent on Net Neutrality she can’t be called “Baught” by them.

I can’t give you a web site but I heard that the Koch brothers have been financing Herman Cain for the past six years (since 2006)

James from MD, here. Well, quick look into our rep in Congress (Andy P Harris, for 1st district) Here’s a link to Open Secrets.Org.

I voted for Kratovil, but he seemed to have even more corporate donors than Harris, and he lost!

Anyway, for Andy Harris:

Alrght here’s what I’ve found on my Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers. It’s fairly difficult as she’s been mostly quiet on most issues, However, it seems she recieves a very large amount of money from the Logging industry. She has also continually voted to relax environmental regulations.
