DirecTV & FOX

FOX is asking DirecTV to pay 40% more for it's cable channels. DirecTV has threatened to cancel these FOX channels if the rate is not lowered:

You can email DirecTV and tell them you will not miss FOX channels and that you will definetly not pay more to watch FOX:

Pass it on !!!

My email to DirecTV:

“I heard Fox News Channel was asking DirecTV to pay an extra 40% to air the channel.

I think I speak for all rational Americans when I say Fox News will NOT be missed and it would be a great service to customers across the nation, and the nation itself, if Fox News was not given the opportunity to mislead and misinform millions of Americans.

Stay strong, DirecTV. Don’t give in to Fox News."

I completely understand what DIRECTV customers are going through because I’ve been through the same thing when I was a DISH Network customer and employee last year. I knew DISH was fighting to keep all of my channels while keeping the prices low and luckily, DISH Network and FOX were able to come to a long term agreement that ensured I wouldn’t lose my FOX channels and that I wouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for them. I’ve been telling everyone to switch over to DISH Network because losing FX, National Geographic and in some areas, the local programming isn’t worth risking.

Another thing I’ve noticed very recently is a slower download rate on TYT’s youtube channel. Is there some corporate pressure on google to slow down this stream OR are so many new TYT viewers watching TYT slowing it down because TYT is too strong!!!
