Teams

Wolf-PAC has always been built off of the time and effort of volunteers like you. We’re lucky enough to have a community of some of the most talented, intelligent, and caring citizens in the country and we’re excited to welcome you as a part of that. Below are the most important efforts and roles that our organization needs volunteer help with. These efforts are vital to rebuilding Wolf-PAC into a force that will grow and have the power to win a government that works for all of us.

Fundraising

Events Team: Organizing and planning events to grow the movement as well as resources for Wolf-PAC. This includes the planing and organizing of our in-person annual Workshop. Join us as we look to expand the number of events we host, while brining in more movement allies and resources.

Business to Business: Help us develop a B2B program. The goal with this program is to bring small businesses into Wolf-PAC as official sponsors with a minimum donation, as well as perks for being in the B2B program.

Peer to Peer: Help us develop a P2P program. The goal is to establish a fun, engaging, and competitive peer-to-peer fundraising system in which participants fundraise from their peers.

Merch: More specifically, a monthly sustabile donor program with tiers that unlock Wolf-PAC Merch. In addition, brining back a Merch store so we can look real good saving America.

Fundraising (One Time Donations) Development Team (5 volunteers minimum) | (5 hours per week): This team will be responsible for identifying existing and potential income sources, developing the plans to obtain that income, and executing those plans, often in coordination with other teams/departments. They will also be responsible for preparing regular reports about what initiatives they are working on, their goals for money raised, and their fundraising progress.

Membership (Recurring Monthly Donations) Development Team (5 volunteers minimum) | (5 hours per week): This team will be responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to grow and maintain the people who regularly donate (monthly) to Wolf-PAC as members and the execution of such plans, often working with other departments. 

This will include:
  • Outreach and recruitment of new people to the organization
  • Regular contact and messaging to make the best asks for people to become members
  • Updates and community building to make the membership experience more rewarding
  • They will also be responsible for preparing regular reports about what initiatives they are working on, their goals for additional members, and their progress.

Other: We are always looking for opportunities to grow our Organzaiton and our resources. If you have fundraising experience and/or ideas we need you. Your idea may not be above but we would love to hear it!


Program Development Team

This team facilitates the development and implementation of plans and programs proposed by our committees and officially approved by our volunteers as a whole. We also evaluate progress and feedback to learn what is and isn’t working. By working with this team, you can build and transform Wolf-PAC into the organization it needs to be with your own hands.

Communications Team

Do you have experience creating graphics, newsletters, social media, opinion pieces, writing website copy or other communications? Or with analytics, operations, or project management?

We are the team responsible for content that builds public awareness of Wolf-PAC's message and brand. We rely on experienced content producers to help us create professional-grade messaging, and similarly talented people to help us keep our operations running smoothly.

Phonebanking Team

Our most potent tool in reaching and engaging with the many individuals in our network is through good old fashioned phone calls. Work with this team to plan and execute phone banking campaigns, improve our methods and scripts, and in general support our other initiatives with this critical volunteer role.

Finance Team

Running a national organization with only 3 full time employees on a budget is not easy. Critical financial strategies and decisions need to be made at the highest level if Wolf-PAC is to grow and thrive in the near future. If you have experience and skills in finances and are interested in a role on this team, please let us know.

Chief Financial Officer: Creating a Budget: (1 - 2 volunteers) | (5 - 10 hours a week) This person/persons will require all the financial records of the organization, all sources of expenses, and the regular financial reports and reports from the fundraising committee. Their responsibilities will be to plan a responsible budget for the organization to be approved by the board each quarter that will take into account the goals of the organization while being fiscally responsible. These goals will include:

  • Meeting existing monthly expenses
  • Building a Reserve fund 
  • Funding initiatives the organization decides to pursue
  • Hiring additional staff 

Auditors: Regular Financial Reports: (1 - 2 volunteers) | (5 - 10 hours a week) Regular financial reports detailing the profit and loss for each financial period (month and quarter), projections for the future, and analysis of past projections are necessary for the financial department to responsibly manage the organization’s finances. This team is responsible for putting together these reports on a regular and timely basis for use by the board and the rest of the finance department.

Internal Financial Education: (1 - 2 volunteers) | (10 hours a month) This team will be responsible for training volunteers wishing to fundraise or deal with money within our system about how Wolf-PAC’s financial system works and how to operate and report within it. In the beginning, volunteers in this position will be required to create the training based on how the financial system gets set up and establish the system to train the volunteers that need the training.

Tech Team

The Tech team is a small group of volunteers that help build tools, integrate platforms, and support other teams. If you are a professional programmer, data specialist, or similar and have some time to volunteer your skills then check out the forms below.
