Define Corporatehood.

There seems to be a hullabaloo over the exact legal ramifications of denying corporate personhood. Why not just define a corporatehood? Since corporations cannot be punished in the exact same ways that people can be punished for crimes (we cannot incarcerate or execute a corporation) why not simply state that they can be sued and sue but have no rights to free speech and no right to directly petition the government at any level? Does this not alleviate the problem?

There needs to be a chain of command inside the corporation to allow blame to be placed regaudless of he-said she-said stuff. I like the free speech but only for the corporation it’s self any comment stated are only of the person stating it. Absolutely no right to have any interfearnce with governent at all! no peitioning, no conferences, no proposed amendment or laws will ever be discussed with a corporate rep and a statesman period. Sounds like a good start.
