Price:
Circulate petitions: Free
General Admission: $40
Student Admission: $12
We will meet at 5:30 outside the entrance to the Kaufman Center at 5:30. Subject to availability, anyone who would like to buy a ticket can purchase it at that time. We will then discuss the issue with the audience and circulate the petition. Those of us with tickets will enter the auditorium and, if allowed circulate the petition inside. Those who cannot get tickets or choose not to will attempt to get people entering the auditorium to sign the petition.
After the debate, we will try to get more signatures both inside and outside the concert hall.
The debate itself runs from 6:45-8:30. Those without tickets may want to get dinner together during the debate.
Here's the topic: "Money in Politics is Still Overregulated."
FOR:
David Keating, President, Center for Competitive Politics
Jacob Sullum, Senior Editor, Reason Magazine
AGAINST:
Trevor Potter, President and General Counsel of the Campaign Legal Center
Jonathan Soros, Senior Fellow, Roosevelt Institute, co-founder of Friends of Democracy
I will e-mail attendees a question to ask. I would like for at least one Wolf PAC member to be able to ask a question. The more people come, the more likely that is to happen.
