Step Up and Call a Michigan Rep!

On Wednesday, August 8 Wolf-PAC (Central) had a phone bank in all 50 states to call local state representatives and find out if:
(1) They believe that money in politics is a problem

(2) If so, if they are willing to be part of the solution.

It was a successful venture. Now, we turn our attention to Michigan Residents. With the founding of the new Michigan WolfPAC chapert, our first event will be to hold another phone bank. This will occur on Wednesday August 15th.

We would love it if every person who participates gets just ONE State Rep to say that they support our cause. This will help us build our roadmap to victory by finding out how much support we have in each state.

Anyone who is interested can email me, Greg Wendland - Michigan WolfPAC Coordinator(gregwendland@msn.com), Michael Monetta - WolfPAC Central (mike@wolf-pac.com) or Andy Sigman - WolfPAC Central (andrew@wolf-pac.com) and we will give you more info on this event.

I have a script that you can follow, that I wrote myself. It made calling my reps (for the first time ever) much easier, but I also used it as an email to send to Reps I didn't contact directly (whether I left a voice message or not). I was quite surprised when a few calls turned in to full conversations, so if you have any questions at all, JUST ASK ME!

Please step up and call your Rep!

This is the first even for the new WolfPAC - Michigan Chapter. So, please go to http://facebook.com/wolfpac.MI and like, comment, suggest, and join the Michigan WolfPAC Chapter.

For those that are planning to call their reps tomorrow, here is the Michigan Powermap.

Just find your District number and there will be your Rep/Senator and all their contact info. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can contact Reps outside your district.

Good Luck, and contact me if you have any questions. Especially if you get a staffer that engages you in conversation and they ask a question you don’t have the answer to.
