Zittrain interviews Lessig: Running for President

After raising over a million dollars in a month and bringing his message to the campaign trail, Larry Lessig's run for president came to a close. However, he opened the door to a deeper, more thoughtful discussion of what citizen equality means. Running with a sole focus on addressing the root problem of money in politics, Lessig was ultimately shut out of the debates by a last-minute rule change. And while his campaign is over, the fight for our democracy continues. For Lessig, the next step is an event on Monday night at Harvard Law School, where Professor Jonathan Zittrain will interview the former candidate on his run for office and possible next steps. The conversation will run from 5-6pm in the Ames Courtroom at Austin Hall.
